BeanShell embedded in telnetd

Working on some refactoring of jkara telnet proxy code I have finally managed to create a shell using a BeanShell Interpreter.
This essentially allows to login, execute commands, statements and scripts etc.
A new meaning and feeling for a shell running in telnetd.....

jamod v1.2 Release Candidate

Pushed out the release candidate for jamod v1.2
Lot's of fixes and updates and documentation now build with forrest v0.6
